Mandi Penney, founder of Abundant Living Counseling of Rome, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a BS in Psychology from Georgia State University, a Masters degree in Counselor Education from Georgia Southern University and an Educational Specialist degree in Counselor Education from the University of Alabama.
